Heated Options

Our studio is heated to 102 degrees with added steam to encourage sweating, loosening tight muscles, detoxing and  weight loss.  All levels welcome, no prior yoga experience necessary, only an open mind!  For ages 16 and up.

Goddess Yoga

Goddess yoga is the art of sacred and sensual movement.  It's a fusion of vinyasa yoga and belly dance inspired movements, mixed with kundalini breathwork.  In this unique experience, we begin class in circle, create connection by sharing and supporting each other as women, then move into rituals that support our journey into awakening the feminine divine.  The flow is goddess is deep, sensual and awakens creativity and self love. 

Buti Yoga

Buti yoga is a trademarked style of yoga that combines jump training (plyometrics), tribal dancing and dynamic yoga asanas into an intense workout.

Daily Flow (Regular Flow)

This dynamic, all levels, flow style class is a set sequence class designed to cleanse, strengthen and restore the entire body.  Ideal for visitors wanting to reset after traveling and for locals who like consistency in their daily routine.  The Daily Flow is the  perfect daily reboot to increase vitality, flexibility, strength and to reduce stress.  Boosting your health and overall sense of wellbeing and JOY!


Hot Vinyasa

  We are blessed at our studios to have an incredibility diverse teaching staff with thousands of hours of training in many different styles of yoga.  Hot Vinyasa classes are an opportunity for our teachers to custom create each class to showcase fun and unique styles of movement and breath.  Each class is a little different while maintaining a whole body approach to establishing health and vitality.  All levels and always fun!

Bikram Yoga

A 26 posture system designed to strengthen, detox and restore the entire body.

Deep Stretch

The primary difference between muscles and fascia is that muscles move bones, but fascia holds posture.  Fascial stretching focuses on creating and maintaining space within the joints so that the body can maintain its structural integrity and flexibility.

Yin yoga and Crystal Bowls

Yin yoga and sound healing combine beautifully in this slow-paced practice of gentle stretching and surrender.  Allow the waves of the crystal bowls sound to wash over you, harmonizing your body, mind and spirit.  Yin yoga calms the nervous system while gently stretching the muscles, joints and connective tissues.

Gentle Yoga and Kundalini

A unique combination of Hatha, Flow, and Kundalini for health, wellness and awakening. Along with the poses and asanas, her classes focus on true nature, presence, and healing from within.

Yin yoga

Yin yoga is a slow form of yoga that uses longer holds for increased energy flow, flexibility, and emotional release.  In this class, we avoid using our muscles and use lots of props to support our practice.  We hold poses for 3-5 minutes, and focus on our breath, physical and emotional tension release, and relaxation.  While we relax, our body is repairing and restoring cells and opening up our connective tissue and fascia, which leads to increased flexibility and hydration.  Yin yoga is a great way to support any other sports you practice, including a more dynamic yogic practice like vinyasa or Bikram, and also a way to relax and breathe.  You can come to class expecting a relaxing experience with atmospheric music, satisfyingly long holds, and a great focus on the breath. 

Gentle Yoga


Gentle yoga is a bridge between moving in flow and staying stationary. It is a midway, where there is equilibrium and bliss in every pose.

In gentle yoga, you take time to feel your body move. Breath and movement are pathways to keep the organs healthy and joints lubricated.  You stay in a pose long enough to enjoy that you are not pushing yourself. The body gets rid of toxins naturally. Mostly, gentle yoga helps you have a sound mind to dictate and nurture the cells in the body.

Foam Roller Deep Unwind Class 

In this gentle class we use a foam roller, pink balls, blue bands, and blocks. In session we create space and relieve tension held in body and mind.  We rebalance the pelvis, relieve back, shoulders, and neck pain as well as open the flow of energy where ever blocked using yoga props or as I say accessories!! ( don’t agonize, accessorize ).  You will experience increased flexibility, and pliability of muscles as you walk through your day after practicing the Foam Roller Deep Unwind Class...and you will feel amazing!!!
All practitioner levels will enjoy this experience.
