If you are new to yoga we recomend at least one private lesson in your first month of membership to learn proper alignment and positioning for your own unique body! Also recommended for anyone experiencing pain that is elevated by practicing yoga. Over time it is not uncommon to develop bad habits in your practice which can lead to pain or even injury, if you feel as though your practice could use a tune up, come see one of our incredible instructors for one on one guidance!
