~Class Descriptions~
All levels are welcome at any of our classes. Just come with an open heart and mind, take as many breaks as you wish during class, and remember to have fun! Please see the bottom of the page for preparing for your first class.
Regular Flow- A beautiful combination of traditional Balancing Poses and Vinyasa Flow. Designed to tone and strengthen the body while focusing thought and calming the mind.
Yin Yoga- This practice primarily targets the connective tissues of the body - ligaments, tendons and myofascia. Postures are held passively for several minutes in order to release tension to allow the joints to move through their full range.
Yang/Yin- This yoga experience combines the best of the Yang traditions which focus on releasing tension, strengthening and toning muscle tissue, with the passive Yin practice which releases tension in the connective tissues. Each class begins with about a 45 minute Yang flow sequence and finishes with a Yin component to really unwind and melt tension out of the entire body and create a balanced practice. This is a class you will definitely want to check out!
Slow Flow- The focus is on re-Sensitizing and Awakening the dormant powers of the Body not only through an exploration of Asana (posture) and Pranayama (Breath) but also through a keen awareness of the mental and emotional processes regarding our deepest and most important relationship of all, our relationship with our Selves! A powerful yet subtle flow-style practice assists you in relaxing on deep energetic levels of the subconscious making way for a truly liberating, empowering, and joyful experience of your Body-Mind.
Restorative- Experience the nurturing effect of yoga! Designed to push stagnant blood and lymph out of stuck places by moving fresh oxygenated blood throughout the entire body bringing restoration, healing and rejuvenation! This class is heated but at a slightly lower temperature than our other heated classes.
Satori Yoga- This Non-heated class is a journey towards Enlightenment! Balancing the six senses of the mind and body energy, this discipline is based on the most effective parts of Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Kundalini yoga. This physical series of asanas was created to take you on a loving journey with in.
Free Spirit Flow- Imagine creating a space where one can break free from all labels, any expectation, judgements, or attachments to time or things. A space where nothing else matters but having the beautiful connection with breath, body, and Spirit. This is the root and essence of Free Spirit flow- where All are welcome regardless of experience. One will learn to become more aware of alignment to prevent injury and will be reminded to consistently reconnect back to the Breath of Life; This will in turn deepen the foundation and self discipline. Eventually what's learned on the mat goes into effect with nature- the greatest source of knowledge and healing.

Preparing for your first class:
~Please arrive 15 minutes early to register
~Bring a mat, towels, and lots water
~Don't eat 3 hours before coming
~Please no perfumes or strong smells
~Wear something you are comfortable sweating in
~Drink plenty of water before, during, and after class
